How Do You Get Buyer Leads?

Lead Generation...There are as many ways to generate real estate leads as there are Real Estate Agents. If you were to ask anyone in your field what lead generation they used, you would get as many different stories as the different agents you asked.

And, chances are, if that agent worked a lead, they received it from a reputable source. Wouldn�t you agree? And they will most likely do the same thing over again to get their next buyer leads.

Watch what the other agents are doing. How is their return of investment of time and funds? Experience is the best teacher.

How often have you seen a coworker get �lucky Buyer Leads�? Is it really luck, or do they have a good source for their leads? How much time do they put into marketing for buyer and seller leads?

The agents that I see getting good, qualified leads lately all have a system. And I am not talking about buying leads from a lead generating company. More specifically, they have marketing plan that they invest time and sometime funds into. And their buyer leads are qualified prospects.
