How Do You Get Buyer Leads?



Lead Generation...There are as many ways to generate real estate leads as there are Real Estate Agents. If you were to ask anyone in your field what lead generation they used, you would get as many different stories as the different agents you asked.

And, chances are, if that agent worked a lead, they received it from a reputable source. Wouldn’t you agree? And they will most likely do the same thing over again to get their next buyer leads.

Watch what the other agents are doing. How is their return of investment of time and funds? Experience is the best teacher.

How often have you seen a coworker get “lucky Buyer Leads”? Is it really luck, or do they have a good source for their leads? How much time do they put into marketing for buyer and seller leads?

The agents that I see getting good, qualified leads lately all have a system. And I am not talking about buying leads from a lead generating company. More specifically, they have marketing plan that they invest time and sometime funds into. And their buyer leads are qualified prospects.


The best lead generation that I have used is my 800 number, call capture system. I have found that the leads that it generates are honest, qualified leads for the most part. When my phone rings with these leads, I know that they are interested prospects, and I am able react accordingly.

My Proquest Technologies 800 Number is working for me 24/7, and I have this number printed in all my ads, as well as on my sign riders. What I particularly like about Proquest Technologies is that I have as many recorded information numbers, as I need at any given time. So, each lead gets exactly the information I want to give them.
