As a professional real estate agent, you may have already tried lead generation companies that offer not much more than a number of lukewarm prospects at best. Most of us do at one point or another. I have tried several of the better known real estate lead firms, and have found that some offer better customer service than others, and it's a wonder some are in business at all!

Do you wonder how these lead generation companies obtain these seemingly "exclusive leads"? lead generation companies are not all the same ...

The majority of them put up web sites that capture email and other information to potential prospects, and then they turn around and sell them to you. And usually not only you, but countless others as well. Why would you put up with that, let alone pay for thesse bogus leads?

Isn't it frustrating to pay a pretty penny for real estate leads only to have your new potential buyer or seller tell you that you are the 20th caller in the last week asking for their business?
