It all started with an ocean view home
30+ years ago, fresh out of college with a song in my heart, I purchased an incredible home, right on the pacific ocean, in Southern California. I learned early how to sell real estate. It is there I caught the "real estate bug" and have never found a cure.

This path took me along the road of real estate investing for personal gain, helping others learn how to profit in real estate (and observing how people react to real estate marketing), obtaining my real estate loan agent's license and then going on to pass the California Real Estate exam.
